Pat has been a real estate Broker since 1964. He attended New Mexico Highlands University, and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance-Real Estate. He has been involved in Melton family ranches since 1950. Pat has served as a Director for the REALTORS© Association of New Mexico, and is a past president of the Las Vegas Board of REALTORS©.
Pat and Marylena have three wonderful sons and daughter-in-laws, and five super grandsons. Their middle son, Mike, and his family also live on the ranch. For Pat, living, ranching and helping others realize their dreams through real estate in magnificent Northeastern New Mexico, is "as good as it gets".
Marylena Melton
Marylena has been an agent since 1984, and has always enjoyed helping people find their homes or land. In their family business in Las Vegas, New Mexico, technology has brought the real estate market from local, to national, to international, via the Internet. Being a member of the Las Vegas Multiple Listing Service gives a detailed view of properties in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.
Marylena has actively participated in the Las Vegas Board of REALTORS© as Secretary, Treasurer and President in 1999 and 2000. Marylena attended Oklahoma Unversity, and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics. Marylena Has been on the the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Las Vegas Rotary Club.
